Hotel projects still in the works

The answer for hoteliers appears to be a new trend toward combo projects, or mixing a higher-end hotel with another commercial endeavor. In Boise, city officials are looking over plans to build a Downtown convention center/hotel while up the the upscale grocery store Whole Foods looks to build on Broadway with a new line of chic boutique hotels called aloft. Both projects are delayed from their original timelines but appear to be gaining momentum. |
